An unaged rum from Louisiana, Bayou Silver is made using local sugarcane molasses and raw sugar. Fruity and sweet, the palate offers notes of butterscotch, roasted nuts, tropical fruits and vanilla. Try using this rum to make a Mojito.

Product Description

Despite owning Sugar Cane being grown in Louisiana since the early 18th Century little if any Rum had been distilled in the state. Bayou itself only came to life in 2013 but with it came the latest technology which was used only to enhance rather than take over traditional methods. Such has been its success, Bayou is now available throughout the USA.
